Heating season

Turn the dial: January to July.

Something’s wrong?

Pick a door. Check these first.

A few safe things to try while you wait. Tick what you’ve checked and it goes with your request, so the tech doesn’t ask twice.

No heat: check these first

First, stop if:

  • You smell gas: don’t touch the thermostat or any switch. Get everyone out, then call your gas company or 911 from outside.
  • A carbon monoxide alarm is going off: get everyone out and call 911.
  • You smell burning or see scorch marks: turn the furnace switch off and call.

Not that? We’ll come out.

Tick what you’ve tried above and it goes with your request.

No AC: check these first

First, stop if:

  • Ice on the copper lines or indoor unit: turn the AC off and set the fan to On to thaw it, then call.
  • The breaker trips again right after you reset it, or you smell burning: leave it off and call.

Not that? We’ll come out.

Our work

Both seasons, one call.

Heating

When it’s cold out
On the dial now
  • Furnace repair

No heat, strange noises, short cycling, a furnace that won’t stay lit.

  • Furnace replacement

Sized to your house with a load calculation, not a guess.

  • Fall tune-up

Burners, flame sensor and a carbon monoxide check before the first cold night.

  • Humidifiers

For dry winter air, static shocks and cracking woodwork.

Cooling

When it’s hot out
  • AC repair

Warm air, frozen lines, a unit that won’t shut off.

  • AC replacement

We repair first, and only talk replacement when it makes sense.

  • Spring tune-up

Coil rinse, refrigerant and electrical checks, drain line cleared.

  • Air cleaners and filters

What’s worth it for allergies and dust, and what isn’t.

Heat pumps: one system, both seasons. Repair, replacement, and a straight answer on whether one fits your home.
